Kundalini yoga is a practice that uses mantra breath and posture to elevate your body, mind, and spirit. It’s not something that you need any experience with. Only a desire to feel better and excel on all levels. You don’t even have to think about it. You just have to show up. If you can walk around, if you can breathe, heck even if you can’t walk around you should come into the space and connect to the energy.

Breathwalk is a walking meditation and it can be practiced anywhere from the beach to the mountains to your own neighborhood. It brings the mind to attention with a mantra, uses conscious breathing in a rhythmic pattern with the mantra and then walking syncing each step with the breath and mantra. All this points the entire being in a useful direction. Once you start practicing it you can apply it to your entire life.
